In the frame of the DNI side event “𝙎𝙤𝙞𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣” prof. Claudio Zucca, Soils4Med coordinator, will present the Soils4Med’s soil information system for the Mediterranean region: achievements and lessons learnt.
🌍 In the same event, the AUSO (African Union Soil Observatory) project’s soil information system for sustainable soil management in Africa will be presented.
The side event will see contributions from the UNCCD and the WOCAT secretariats and will end with a panel discussion moderated by prof. Pandi Zdruli (CIHEAM-Bari).
