On Thursday 20 June, from 11 am to 1 pm (CET), at the headquarters of the Degree Course in Viticultural, Oenological, and Food Technologies (Chiostro del Carmine, via Carmine – Oristano, Italy) in the Aula Magna and online (on Teams), Edoardo A. C. Costantini will hold a seminar entitled “The role of Soil in the Terroir effect.”
Edoardo Costantini is President of the International Union of Soil Sciences (IUSS) and Academic of the Italian National Academy of Agriculture and of the Georgofili Academy. During the lesson (in the Italian language), he will present some research results obtained in the main DOCGs (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) of Tuscany and other Italian wine terroirs.
